Sharing for Success...

As learners/educators with the shared vision of improving student acheivement with the support of technology it is important that we begin to network and share information, share resources and share knowledge as a global community in order to prepare our students for the future.

With this in mind, I ask that you share your wikispace address to this post so that it can be available to all BCSummer2007 members. The internet has provided us with the ability for on-going 24/7 communication.

Although all good things must come to an end, I will expect you to continue your ed-tech journey with your colleagues via the Web 2.0. Continue to expand your horizons and stay current with the ever-changing evolution of technology. Be sure to expand your network and invite more colleagues into your circle. Many hands make for light work!

Knowledge should not be a secret. Share and we will all grow.

Remember to add your wikispaces address to this post.

Hey everyone,

I strongly agree that as educators we need to share what we learned and network. With all this sharing, we could make our lives much easier.

Hi, everyone.

While I was having a discussion about my wikispaces in class yesterday, I encountered an issue regarding the use of wikispaces as the main page for my students to build their own learning community. My issue is that posted messages in wikispaces can be deleted and not all can share the same information. Any suggestions?

My wikispaces is at http://mrksclass.wikispaces.com/

Wikispaces are a great way to share information with our colleagues, administration, students and their families. Thanks for helping make this an easier and much more effective way of doing so.

I look forward to using the wikispaces to further my conceptualization of what geography means and how it ought to be taught. I hope that my pursuit will shed much needed light to this long-neglected field of social studies. My wikispace is geographyalive.wikispaces.com

TO INPUT MUSIC ON THE WIKI PAGES ON A NEW PAGE DO THE SAME AS IF YOU WOULD ADD IN AN IMAGE AND BROWSE YOUR FILES TO ADD THE MUSIC YOU WANT.

I am proud of my wikispace and my little children because they all told me that I am the first teacher who sets up a website for their class, the first one that they have who is using the Internet as an extra resouce, and they are doing very well in this class. So I am sure taht we all are going to recieve similar comments from our kids this fall. If you want to see how the little kids are doing in my summer class, please go to free2callhelen.wikispaces.com
